'RidgePortal started from an aspiration: to serve authentic Neapolitan pizza in London. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint family-operated business with long-standing family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered her pizza craft during her Italian sojourn, especially in Naples where pizza originates. Post her UK return, she was intent on replicating Italian pizza's authenticity, using age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat eatery has expanded into an esteemed neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practices persists. We cling to traditional wood-fired oven methods, daily craft of fresh dough, and selection of top-grade components.
Presently, 'RidgePortal is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, with the second generation at the helm, leading our devoted crew. Despite adopting some new methods, our core remains: crafting delightful, true pizzas that bring our community together.
